Flick and Sophie through clear cross functional audits identified the critical major pain points and rebuilt and reset a fit for purpose process to ensure all team members are aware and upskilled to deliver the 2026 + plan. This work ensured we have a customer first value proposition that can step change how we sell BICSc to all new opportunities. It has brought the team together and driven far more accountability in my management team to bring data in that matters and developing insights into action plans to deliver the number.

I was recently lucky to attend a super food safari in London by fantastic powerhouse duo Flick Collingwood & Sharon Yourell Lawlor with two of my managers. It really was lovely to spend 48 hours in London and see new global trends, what good looks like and also just a reminder basics in service and product range and availability always wins for the customer.
It was so good to get out of the day-to-day job and ‘work’ on the business instead of ‘in’ the business.
Big thank you to our incredible hosts Sharon & Flick for an unforgettable food safari through London! We explored fantastic shops and unique retail environments, gaining valuable insights along the way. It was a wonderful experience with an amazing group. I took a real pleasure in meeting like minded retail and non-retail people in our group!
Real highlight was visiting Eataly & Marks & Spencer for their Food to go offering. #Wholefood was also impressive but definitely you are paying a premium. Amazon go was a real disappointment and really lacked foodie experience or any service. The technology is clearly impressive, but the lack of experience & quality offering leaves a lot to be desired!
Looking forward to more adventures like this!

Yesterday was one of my favourite days ever in my FMCG career!!
These safaris are now a must attend I reckon for brand , activation, category and insight FMCG professionals.
Nothing beats time in retail, and the value of that is 10x’d – and some- when guided by Flick and Sharon, opening your eyes to new perspectives. You’re guaranteed oodles of inspiration.
The safaris are wonderfully and professionally facilitated , super friendly and informal. Awesome crowd of attendees to boot.

I had such a wonderful time attending a brilliant retail safari in London. I have taken away so many learnings from the insights presented in the morning to getting out into the stores with some really wonderful tours and talks. Having moved to London 6 months ago , I thought I had been aware of the larger scale technologies in store here. However, to engage in an immersive safari like this with brilliant experts and conversations is unparalleled. Excited to bring my new learnings to the wider team at Pluto!
