Led the creation of the agenda and plan, as well as the facilitation of the BICSc council strategy day.
WHO WE HELPED: Soo Bartholomew, National Chairman and Neil Spencer-Cook, Group Managing Director for British Institute of Cleaning Science.
WHAT WE DID DIFFERENTLY
i. Collaboration with the National Chairman and Group Managing Director to agree the shifts and outcomes needed from external facilitation and agree what great looks like.
ii. Planned the full agenda and working groups to achieve the outcomes.
iii. Reviewed and supported the simplification of the group strategy document for 2023-2026.
OUTCOMES
- Full approval of the 3 year strategic plan for BICSc including budget review.
- Full alignment and agreement to the new BICSc awards categories and awards process.
- Agree the forward way of working for the BICSc Council.
