HOW & WHO WE HELPED

• We completed a full E2E audit to identify the critical pinch points and historic issues
• Used these findings/gap analysis to re develop a bespoke innocent Innovation Stage & Gate process which will be fully integrated into the E2E business review / annual planning cycle
• Full x functional engagement through critical stage & gate touchpoints to build the critical tasks and gate deliverables including RAPIDs
• Created new gate templates and reset governance forums to drive effectiveness of decision making
• A focus on early engagement from Stage 0 through to a new evaluation process to start to embed an evaluation and organisational memory culture

WHAT WE DID DIFFERENTLY

i. We moved at pace in order to develop this work in under 12 weeks to ensure the next long range planning cycle outputs could move into new process delivery.

ii. Full x function collaboration to ensure all critical tasks and touchpoints were captured – reviewed and reset into Stage Gates in line with the innocent Enterprise model.

iii. Simplicity of training tools & support – through the development of an e booklet & 2 tiers of training which will be championed moving forward by the PMO to continue to embed , evolve and ensure discipline of process is actioned and maintained.

OUTCOMES

• A fully documented E2E process with supporting training & tools for senior decision makers / all project team members to use through their project delivery

• Developed and branded this new process –  Managing the portfolio – the innocent way

• 50 critical team members trained across innocent’s functions & regions – full training & tools portal created as the go to place for project delivery leadership
