We interrogated the data , sourced new insights and compiled a document that outlined the Unitas Wholesale approach to their Own Label Strategy

Delivered the committee meeting workshop content to be shared with key members at their inaugural Own Label Committee Development meeting.

The document along with the workshop facilitation guide were delivered on time and to budget.

i. We are a small & agile team and with a brief with tight deadlines the client could wholly trust we would deliver with minimal approval checkpoints 

ii. Reviewed with pace the data & insights options open to Unitas to ensure the story telling was rooted in accurate data and competitor analysis

iii. Set simple outcomes for each strategy touchpoint so that by the end of the session each member was fully aligned to action
